Order processing, shipping and delivery time-frame is approximately 7-10 business days. In most cases, orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Please be cognizant of inclement weather and it's potential effects on shipping. During times of high volume, such as storewide sales, Black Friday, Christmas etc., shipping can take approximately 15 business days. Shipping rates- The rate charged for the shipping on your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be (if applicable).
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Tracking information may not be available 24-48 hours after we ship your order. If you have not received a tracking number after 48 hours, please email our customer service department: firstname.lastname@example.org or call toll free at (855) 205-8189. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
