How long does shipping take?
Order processing, shipping and delivery time-frame is approximately 7-10 business days. Orders usually ship out within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed having multiple items may be shipped out separately and individually to ensure the quickest possible delivery time.
*Orders may take up to 15 business days during high volume sales such as store wide sales, Black Friday, and Christmas etc.
My package has shipped but I can’t track it?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. Ensure you check your spam folder. If 48 hours have passed and you’re still unable to track your order, please email us at email@example.com or call us toll free at (855) 205-8189.
If I use a payment plan such as Afterpay or Sezzle, when will I get my purchase?
You do not have to pay in full in order to receive your item with these payment platforms. Your order will undergo normally processing as if paid in full.
Are waist trainers/sweat belts dangerous and will they move my organs?
There has been a lot of criticism about the negative effects of waist training but it is not true. People are confusing modern day waist training with old school corsets. These are two very different garments. To date, there is no concrete evidence about the negative effects of waist trainers or sweat belts but you can find plenty of proof on the negative effects of corset training. Too much of anything is not good so don’t over do it. We recommend wearing it up to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Sweats belts can be worn as long as you want, they pose no threat due to the material.
Will I see results?
Ever heard the saying “nothing works unless you do”?. Our products are supplemental and are designed to help you gain results at a faster rate. In saying that, you need to be doing other activities that assist you in achieving your goals. Just wearing a waist trainer alone will show short term results but not permanent results. Other companies will falsely state that you will lose 4 inches permanently just by wearing the item, but this is not true. It is possible to lose some inches by wearing it by itself but we recommend that you exercise regularly and watch what you eat to maximize your results. Waist training combined with workouts and good eating habits will enable you to lose around 4 inches in one month. We do state that most of our products will reduce the appearance of your waist 1-4 inches once it is put on because of the compression and contouring of the products. Results vary from person to person.
How do I put on my waist trainer/sweat belt?
Putting on a waist trainer can be challenging but it'll get easier day by day. Here is how to put on your waist trainer: Put the garment behind your back and stretch it out on both sides. Start hooking the garment from the bottom to the top. Suck your belly in if you have but not to the point where you feel restricted. Once all clips are hooked, adjust as necessary. If the first row of hooks feel too uncomfortable, move to the second row. Standing in front of a mirror also helps. Many customers have said that they have an easier time putting it on while laying down. For sweat belts, they are just zip and wrap.
How do I know what size to choose?
Please use the size charts that are available on most of the product pages. Pay particular attention to the NOTES that are on the pages that give guidance on how to select a size if you are unsure about the size chart. Body dimensions for each individual are different so the size charts are general and not 100% true to size. If you happen to order the wrong size, use the size of your current purchase to determine the actual size you need and simply return it for an exchange.
How do I know if I have the right size?
If you feel a bit uncomfortable when wearing it early on, that is totally normal. It takes time for your body to get used to the trainer. With that being said, the first few days may seem overwhelming but don’t panic, this is normal. However, if you feel really uncomfortable or if it’s painful, that means that the waist trainer is too tight and you more than likely need a bigger size. Sweat belts don’t present these issues for the most part. Also, if you are experiencing difficulty breathing, that is also a sign that its too tight. The good thing is, all our waist trainers are adjustable, so you can hook on to a different row to reduce the tightness and have a tight but manageable fit.
Can I sleep in waist trainer?
We do not recommend you sleep in your waist trainer. However, if you do, most customers have said that it is comfortable wearing while sleeping on their backs. You can sleep in our Houglass Sweat Belts because of its softer fabric.
