We have a NO REFUND POLICY. Refunds will only be authorized if you've purchased the item in the largest size available and it doesn't fit. Also, if order was placed over 15 business days ago, and there is no tracking number issued. 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY:

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY will be only be authorized within 5 days of delivery of item(s). Merchandise that has been worn, used, or damaged in ANY way (includes animal hair, stains, odors, folder or rolled, etc.) will not be accepted for return. Please email your request for a RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY to customersupport@waistgametight.com or call 855-205-8189

RETURNS:

Your item(s) must be in its original, unused (NEW) condition in order to be returned. If the item(s) is damaged in any way to include animal hair, stains, odors, folded or rolled, an 80% restocking fee will be applied and the customer shall receive a 20% store credit. Please email your request to customersupport@waistgametight.com. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with instructions for your return including a prepaid return shipping label.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

The only items that are exchangeable are items made to be worn on the waist and above. Non-returnable products: butt lifters, body shapers, sauna suits, supplements, creams, plastic wrap, yoga pants or items that have a crotch. DO NOT RETURN THESE ITEMS.
